When are your studios open?
All three studios are open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with appointments available from 11:15 AM to 6:00 PM. On Sunday, only the Stockbridge Hwy 138 location is open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with appointments from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome for threading and standard waxing services. For specialty facials, body scrubs, or intricate henna tattoos, appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Cash, Debit Card, and Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
How do I make an appointment?

Can I reserve any service online?
Yes. Choose your preferred studio's booking link to reserve threading, waxing, facials, brows, lashes, henna, and other available services.
Which wax is used for a Brazilian?
You choose. A Brazilian can be performed with our standard hard wax, sugar gel wax, or any of our specialty hard waxes: chocolate, tea tree, golden honey, honey, coconut, or rose aroma. Every one of these appears as a selectable option when you book a Brazilian appointment, and the price shown for the formula you pick is the full price of the service.
Why do some prices have a + after them?
A + means the listed amount is a starting price. Chin, under chin, and neck threading and waxing can run higher depending on how much hair there is to clear, and henna pricing scales with size and detail. Your stylist will confirm the price with you before starting.
Can I book a facial add-on on its own?
No. Head, shoulder, and back massage add-ons are priced at $10 each only when added to a facial service. Mention the add-on when you book your facial or at the start of your appointment. Standalone head massages are listed separately on the facial menu at their own price.
How experienced are your stylists?
Rozy's has been in business for 13 years, and our team goes back further than that. Every treatment is performed by a Master Cosmetologist or an experienced stylist with 15+ years of threading and waxing practice.
Do any services require a deposit?
Yes. Full body waxing and facial appointments require a 20% deposit and are scheduled in 1-hour appointment blocks.
What makes Rozy's Threading different from waxing?
Threading uses 100% natural organic cotton thread to remove hair cleanly from the follicle without touching or peeling the skin. It is exceptionally gentle, precise, and ideal for sensitive skin.
What is your No Double Dipping policy?
Hygiene is our highest priority. We strictly enforce a single-use wooden spatula rule for every wax dip, ensuring absolute sanitation and safety for all body waxing treatments.
What is the $35 Membership offer?
Our $35 annual Membership includes discounted prices on all services all year long at the location where you join, plus a free eyebrow service on your birthday.
